2005 – Dr Henry Davis presents the initial range of Gotha Health Products and founds Gotha Pharmaceuticals.
2006 – Robert Matzner establishes Gotha Health Products and secures the patents for the Gotha Health Product range and the exclusive rights to market the range. Products are successfully marketed in the Eastern Cape.
2007 – Gerhard Naudè is introduced to the Gotha Product range.
2009 – Gerhard Naudè obtained the rights and establishes Go Life Health Products as a more contemporary brand to introduce the products of Gotha to the rest of South Africa.
2010 – Go Life Health products signs an agreement to acquire Gotha Health Products.
2011 – Go Life International successfully lists on the Main Board of the Stock Exchange of Mauritius (SEM). Mauritius was selected due to it’s being the ideal springboard to launch the Go Life Health products range to Africa, Europe & Asia.
2013 – Global expansion into Europe, Go Life International initiated contact with two of the largest distributors in Europe and the products were favorably received.
2016 – Go Life International acquired 100% of Bon Health Properties which entails four operating frail care centres with 200 beds and 49% of Bon Health Operations which runs the frail care centres.
2016 – Go Life International successfully completed a secondary inward listing on the Alternative Exchange (AltX) of the Johannesburg Stock Exchange (JSE) to allow South African investors to participate.
